1. Open Windows Registry Editor (regedit.exe)

2. Within Registry Editor, navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\
     NameSpace\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

3. Delete the {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} key by right-clicking on it and
    selecting "Delete."

4. Close Registry Editor and Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.
